The IPA benefits from dedicated full time staff, meaning that members receive a consistently high level of service. When our members require representation, they are supported by a trade union official from our head office, not a work colleague. This means that our only focus is achieving the best outcome for members. Support is also provided by our in house legal department. Our work is driven by the needs of our members, and we advise on wide range of employment matters, such as TUPE, discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal.
