IPA Pilots - Would you like to know why the IPA is unique?

Would you like to know why the IPA is unique?

Pilots across the UK aviation industry recognise the importance of Union membership and continue to join the IPA.  With over 20 years' experience representing members irrespective of their employer, the IPA will represent your best interests in the event of an employment issue.  We advise on both fixed wing and rotary operations, so our expertise and knowledge of a wide sector enables us to represent you to a high standard whoever you work for.

The IPA benefits from dedicated full time staff, meaning that members receive a consistently high level of service.  When our members require representation, they are supported by a trade union official from our head office, not a work colleague.  This means that our only focus is achieving the best outcome for members.  Support is also provided by our in house legal department.  Our work is driven by the needs of our members, and we advise on wide range of employment matters, such as TUPE, discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal.  We pride ourselves on our honesty, integrity and pragmatic approach to our work.  We would encourage any pilot who wants to be part of a progressive, transparent and equitable union to join the IPA.
