IPA membership figures are at the highest they have been in the last 8 years. During the COVID19 pandemic we continue to see a steady increase across all UK operators as the benefit of receiving union services from a truly independent trade union become apparent.
In order for us to help and advise as many pilots across the UK aviation industry as possible, the IPA took the decision at an early stage to temporarily reduce membership fees whilst still providing full union services. If you are not an IPA member, competitive fees, full union and legal services, as well as access to our dedicated financial arm makes the IPA the union that pilots should join.
In these challenging times, IPA staff continue to work diligently for all members. Our in-house legal team means that we can respond quickly to members enquiries as well as dealing with organisations and bodies to address concerns of our members.
The UK aviation industry will change, and the IPA is best placed to protect the interests of its members as we are not affiliated with any one particular airline or operator. Our structure and experience of both fixed wing and rotary sector means that we will be there to advise members when we are needed.
