We often write about the benefits of IPA membership.  But we are now seeing a trend whereby increasing numbers of pilots are contacting us who are not union members, after the employment issue has arisen.  We cannot represent members who join us with a pre-existing employment issue. 

Our message is simple – if you are an IPA members reading this, encourage your colleagues to join.  That is the only way they can get help, support, guidance, and representation in the event that an issue arises at work. 

If you are not an IPA member – join us today.  Your union membership is like your other insurances – you will not be covered if it isn’t in place at the time an incident occurs. 

We want to be able to support as many aviation professionals as possible, but we can’t do that if you are not an IPA member before an issue arises.
